Wow, see, rainbow ~~ :D

After 4 months of job hunting and after 20++ interviews, I finally got an offer. I am so happy!! I am very lucky to have friends and family who helped and supported me during this tough period of my life. I want to say thank you to you all ~ *tears*

Muahahaha....

I will start working in November, a bit worried because I have been kind of slack down in these few months, hope I can survive in this new company. Yay!

Random Update: The Journey

My world is grey. Wuwu..
It has been a while since I last updated my blog. Cos I have told myself, the next time I update my blog, it will be the time to tell people the good news. The good news that I am referring here is getting a job.

I thought I would be getting a job very soon, but it is not happening. I am still wondering when will my rainbow appear? Do I have to wait? There were times that I wish I just quit searching for jobs and just become a tuition teacher. But, somehow my passion is still there, I still want to become an engineer.

Although I have lots of interviews ( I think I have gone through 12 interviews all together), but it is not something for me to show off. The more interviews I get, the more I seem like a loser. I have 10+ interviews, but I did not get one offer. What's wrong with me? For the past week, I have gone through some post mortem on myself, and I figured out that I have done something really wrong, that is - I dont study. People have been telling me that I have one year of working experience, you wont be asked technical questions. So, I did not study.

I am so tired of interviews now. It is not fun at all. grr..

Going back to hometown later. Yay.

I have OCD. !

If you've watched TVB's drama, A Great Way to Heal, then you would know what OCD is. OCD stands for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. According to wikipedia, Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder characterized by intrusive thoughts that produce anxiety, by repetitive behaviors aimed at reducing anxiety. For example, a person keep on washing her hands because she always think that her hands are dirty.

A Great Way to Heal (仁心解码) - A story about psychologists.

And I think I have OCD, because I keep on checking my email every 10 seconds! I keep on clicking the refresh button hoping that I have new emails to call me up for an interview and also Jobstreet sends me a new alert on new job. Can anyone help me on this? I guess not.

Keep on Clicking the refresh button. But nothing appears. *cry*

Interview Questions - Altera, Intel & Plexus

Hi guys, this is not beauty-related. But I think it is good to share things.

I have been attending interviews. I guess people are mostly scared of being asked technical questions. So, do I. Seriously, I need to brush up my technical knowledge, most of questions, I took time to answer it. I even struggled on answering simple questions. So, I have compiled the questions, for those who are interested, can view here.

People have been asking me on how were my interviews, etc. For Altera, they told me that they actually want a more experienced person. So, I guess I can give up on that. While for Plexus and Intel, they asked me to wait, I am not confident in getting these jobs. I would say getting a job now is not an easy task, the companies get to choose the best, and they are not in a rush, because of economy down tun.

Finally, I wish all of you good luck in your coming interviews!

Interviews, come, come.

My always-the-same interview outfit. lol.
P/S: Check-out my another post on more interview questions here.
